Technical Analyst

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Technical Analyst to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications, requirements, and use cases
Document business processes by capturing the current (As-Is) versions from stakeholders and advising on the optimal future (To-Be) versions within a software solution
Capture and document any change requests that may arise during the development phase
Elaborate and maintain project documentation such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), process documents, diagram flows, use cases, change requests, etc.
Work closely with the development team, testers, project managers, software architects, and business developers throughout each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

required skills:

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
2+ years work experience in a it/technical or customer-focused position
Practical experience in system analysis, requirements elicitation, processes definition and documentation
Proven experience in process modeling, preferably with BPMN 2.0 and UML diagrams
Understanding of REST APIs, API design best practices
Good SQL knowledge
Development knowledge and experience would be a plus
Ability to analyze system interaction issues
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Work experience as a Business Analyst in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Detail-oriented and analytics
