Senior back-end developer (Rust)

We are looking for a talented Senior Back-End Developer with expertise in Rust to join our team. This role focuses on building robust, high-performance, and scalable back-end systems for modern web and cloud-based applications. What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Rust.
- Implement high-performance, scalable, and secure systems.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
- Work with databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Stay up to date with Rust developments and apply best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of professional experience in back-end development.
- Strong expertise in Rust and its ecosystem (e.g., Actix, Axum, or Rocket frameworks).
- Proficiency in designing and working with APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
