Qualifications & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
• Understanding of the IT-sphere and recruitment processes;
• English (B1-B2);
• Experience using different channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow, job boards, social media);
• Experience in direct search and headhunting;
• Experience using Google Boolean and x-Ray search tools will be as a plus;
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques;
• Experience conducting interviews;
• Experience of market analysis, research, and report preparation.

Responsibilities:
• Source within a several locations: Belarus, Poland, Ukraine;
• Managing the full recruitment process;
• Review resumes and prescreens qualified candidates using various techniques;
• Move the interview process forward within deadlines;
• Organising interviewing process for the candidates and collecting/delivering feedback;
• Cooperate with recruitment agencies and proceed candidates (If needed)
