About the role:
We do IT Agile is looking for an organised and proactive Sales and Marketing Specialist to help grow our IT company. You will focus on sales outreach, managing marketing tasks, and keeping operations running smoothly. We value the right mindset, curiosity, and a desire to grow within the role over prior experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate and qualify leads.
- Arrange client meetings, follow-ups, and keep records updated.
- Create and improve client-facing materials, such as sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage and update the CRM system, keeping track of sales progress and performance.
- Oversee social media accounts, schedule posts, and track engagement.
- Work with freelancers to create marketing content like blog posts and graphics.
- Help optimise the website for SEO and lead generation.
- Develop and run marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract clients.
- Keep digital materials like sales documents and client records organised and accessible.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English (essential).
- German language skills (a strong advantage).
- Knowledge of AI technologies (a significant advantage).
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field.
- Confident with tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and Google Workspace.
- A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
