We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent. If you are passionate about finding the right people to drive company success and thrive on daily communication, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and manage job postings.
- Work with a multicultural and international team to hire for various language requirements, including Turkish, French, and German.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure cultural alignment.
- Represent UnitedTeam at career fairs and recruitment events in Chisinau.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English, Romanian, and Russian.
- At least 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.
- Driven and adaptable, with a passion for working with people.
- Knowledge of Turkish or French is an advantage.
