Recruiter (logistics)

We are looking for a Recruiter for the logistics company (US market). This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

The role will involve:
- Search and selection of drivers
- Conducting an initial interview
- Accompanying and supporting the hired candidates in their further cooperation with the company
- Maintaining a database and forming a pool of candidates

Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
- Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
- Prioritization and effective time management

Would be a plus:
- Experience in recruitment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (or from 16:00 to 1:00)
