In this role you will:

Process and verify invoices and other incoming documents;
Maintain and update company Application;
Work with TMS (Transportation Management System);
Fill out required documents;
Use Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting;
Provide support to team members across departments.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an accounting, data processing, or finance-related role is a plus;
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to work collaboratively and support team members as needed;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with TMS systems is an advantage;
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes;
English level A2-B1.
