.NET Technical Lead

We’re seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead to join our innovative team and lay the foundation for building a dedicated team focused on developing a product in the field of electric battery recycling. The ideal candidate will drive the technical vision for our project, lead a talented team of developers, and make key decisions related to architecture, scalability, and infrastructure. Strong experience in .NET, microservices, and DevOps is essential.
What we are looking for:

At least 4 years of development experience using C#, .NET.
Other technologies that may be involved: .NET, MVC, WCF/Web Services, JSON, SQL, JWT, Blazor.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Advanced English level.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development, or a related field.

What are you going to do?

Design, develop, and implement software features based on detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Create accurate estimations for project delivery timelines.
Work proactively and independently to solve problems and deliver results.
Write efficient, reusable, and test-adherent code.
Provide regular status updates to management, review progress and evaluate results.
Identify and recommend changes in process/procedures and scope of delivery.
Coordinate with other software professionals and developers.
