We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager (Recruiter) who has experience in IT recruiting to join our team.
The HR Manager will be in charge of sourcing and hiring the best candidates in our team, conducting onboarding/offboarding activities, accompanying a candidate throughout the recruitment cycle, constantly evaluating and addressing employee needs, and nurturing a positive environment.

Main Requirements:
Full life cycle recruiting: we need the best IT specialists;
Find out who else does our team need;
2+ years of full life cycle IT recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring;
Excellent written and spoken English;
You will also be responsible for:
Support employee onboarding and provide guidance throughout their employment lifecycle;
Adaptation, motivation, and addressing employee needs;
Manage the appraisal process, rewards & benefits, and development programs;
Salary benchmarking, candidates market research and analysis;
Strengthening company's HR brand;
Team-building & nurturing a positive culture;
