Indigo Grup SRL, is a local full-service communication agency, founded in 2003, with creative and strategic-oriented multidisciplinary teams, such as Creative Team, Client Service Team, Media Team, SMM Team, and BTL & Events Team.
As part of Indigo’s growth, Recruitment and HR have been prioritized as a key part of the delivery strategy.
The role has 2 main elements:
1. support the identification and contracting of contractors in multiple locations to ensure we can draw on local market expertise to support our client’s needs.
2. design and implement HR strategies and programs for the business, setting examples for other affiliated businesses in the group, so that they implement the same.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a plan to identify and attract expert contractors in locations where we have clients
o Work with Line Management to list skills needed a
o Run searches in selected locations to identify providers with these skills
o Together with Line Management to negotiate and contract these providers
o Support their integration/onboarding into Indigo
• Create a recruitment strategy that can be used to support the business as a whole, for both employees in Moldova and Contractors abroad
• Work with the management team to identify priorities for developing HR practices that support our growth and develop Indigo as a great place to work.
o HR practices to support our employees from onboarding to offboarding
o Initiatives that support training needed
o IT Systems to support your work
o Financial and non-financial rewards and promote success in the business
o Succession planning to promote people as we continue to grow
• Manage the recruitment pipeline using various sources, such as referrals, agencies, own advertising, branding, campus hires, etc.
• Work closely with finance and legal to develop templates for your needs
• Follow and achieve agreed personal KPIs and goals
• Develop the HR team as you, as the business grows
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• A self-starter with a keen interest in learning and improving themselves and others.
• Strong communications skills to deal both internally and with external providers
• Experience in resourcing, recruitment, and contracting of employees and external vendors (some international exposure with this is a bonus)
• Ability to write and run small pieces of training for our management for the areas you develop
• Organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Some experience with contracts (for employees and service providers)
• Strong English skills
• Experience in running projects is an advantage as you will be responsible for helping implement new policies and potentially IT systems for your area.
• Some experience in a recruitment agency (where you are also involved in contracting) OR experience in a commercial company where you manage the full HR agenda.
