Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Home Product Expert.

what you will be doing:

Manage the new TV Interactive service across multiple platforms.
Actively participate in the analysis, description & planning of the TV product’s evolution
Design business & technical specifications to achieve goals defined by the Product Owner
Deploy updates for TV Box & apps on various platforms
Analyze key metrics & user feedback to make data-driver decisions
Continuously improve the Internet & TV product
Collaborate with all stakeholders to meet the customer expectations
Monitor industry trends & conduct competitor analyses
Launch new home & connectivity products
Collaborate using tools such as Jira/Confluence, Figma & others

Curiosity & enthusiasm for exploring the latest technological innovations
Strong analytical skills to evaluate key metrics & user feedback, enabling data-driven decisions making
Commitment to enhancing the customer experience with proactive approach

required knowledge and experience:

Background in business or engineering with solid understanding of telecom or IT technologies
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Innovative mindset with a “no-barriers” approach to problem solving
Preferred: minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom or IT
Preferred: experience in Project or Product development
Proficiency in both Romanian & English
