Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Customer Experience Leader.
The objective of this position is transversal Customer Experience Management within the organization.
what you will be doing:
Build, lead and follow-up Customer Experience (CX) roadmap, programs, projects and KPI
Enhance Customer Centricity within the company through various programs and initiatives
Magnify customer voice across all company through various actions
Ensure that each customer facing team has right processes and tools to monitor, react and improve customer satisfaction; offer support and/or coordinate such projects
Guide and consult Product/Process/Project Managers when (re-) defining processes, services or offers for customer impact in terms of simplicity and effortless customer journeys
Work in close collaboration with Group and CX champions/owners from all departments
Coordinate transversal team efforts into objectives achievement
Efficient management and continuous improvement of Intranet Customer Experience page

Be customer oriented. Strong interpersonal skills
Good leadership and communications skills
Knowledge of customer relationship and processes
Experience in project and process management
Proficiency in Romanian and English (oral and written)
Well organized, responsible, energetic and perseverant
